INGREDIENTS
- 100g roasted chicken
 - 100g air fried Brussel sprouts
 - 50g of air fried butternut squash
 - 50g of boiled potatoes
 - 1 tsp of olive oil
 - 2 tbsp of green goddess dressing
 - 1/2 cup of arugula
 
DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl, mix halved brussel sprouts, and butter nut squash together, sprinkle with olive oil, air fry for 15 mins at 450 degrees.
 - Boil small creamer potatoes until soft, drain.
 - In oven or take left overs, roast 2-3 chicken breast with lemon, italian seasoning. Cut up 100g cooked.
 - Mix bowl together and place dressing over it.
