INGREDIENTS

  • 100g roasted chicken
  • 100g air fried Brussel sprouts
  • 50g of air fried butternut squash
  • 50g of boiled potatoes
  • 1 tsp of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of green goddess dressing
  • 1/2 cup of arugula

DIRECTIONS

  • In a bowl, mix halved brussel sprouts, and butter nut squash together, sprinkle with olive oil, air fry for 15 mins at 450 degrees.
  • Boil small creamer potatoes until soft, drain.
  • In oven or take left overs, roast 2-3 chicken breast with lemon, italian seasoning. Cut up 100g cooked.
  • Mix bowl together and place dressing over it.
